We will have a coach transfer from the Airport to the Hotel and from the Hotel back to the airport at the end.
We will be getting the train from Kansai to Tokyo.
We will walk around Tokyo or use their clean and efficient public transport.

Accommodation details will be added in due course. It is highly likely you will be sharing a room with another pupil or pupils.

Breakfast is provided every morning.
Dinner is provided on the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th August (Monday-Thursday of the workshop).
Lunches will need to be bought. Dinners on the 30th, 31st, 1st, 2nd and 7th will need to be bought.
You will be given an allowance for the means you need to buy as that cost has been included in the total cost. You will be issued this money in Yen and it will be up to you how you spend it over the trip.
You can give your preference to your organising teacher and we will do our best to accommodate your preferences. We ask for you to rank the projects in order of preference and will do our best to accommodate a top 1 or 2 for all participants.
You will have guides with you to walk you to and from the campus accomodation to the labs during the workshops.
